We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding retail network.


Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the daily management of the store, ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial performance, and excellence across all operational standards. You will act as a key point of reference for the store team, helping bring the brand’s values, service standards, and visual identity to life every day.


What you’ll do:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations and in achieving sales and performance targets.

  • Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience, building meaningful relationships and proactively supporting clienteling activities.

  • Welcome clients with impeccable courtesy, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations through deep product knowledge.

  • Ensure the store is always presented to the highest standards, in line with brand guidelines for visual merchandising, product display, windows, and overall ambience.

  • Support and guide the store team on the sales floor, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment.

  • Oversee sales transactions, returns, discounts, price adjustments, and payment activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

  • Monitor stock levels, support replenishment activities, and coordinate merchandise flow between the sales floor and stockroom.

  • Supervise deliveries, product tagging, stockroom organization, and back-of-house operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.

  • Maintain accurate client information and purchase histories within the CRM, supporting the development of long-term client relationships.

  • Handle client concerns with professionalism and care, identifying effective solutions while protecting a positive brand image.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, security requirements, and loss-prevention measures.

  • Support omnichannel services and stock management activities, contributing to a seamless and consistent client journey across all touchpoints.

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, and local stakeholders, contributing to the store’s visibility and success in its market.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar retail role within the fashion, luxury, or premium industry.

  • Strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for delivering excellent client service.

  • Proven ability to lead by example, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive team environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and polished approach to client interactions.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Solid understanding of store operations, stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling procedures.

  • Proactive problem-solving attitude, reliability, and a high level of ownership.

  • Flexibility to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in line with store needs.

  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
