The Associate to the CEO plays a key role in turning the vision of The Level Group into reality and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with the Top Management. The projects will be cross-functional and will give the Associate to the CEO the chance to interact with different divisions and teams within The Level Group.


What you'll do:

  • Proactively support in the development and management of Strategic Initiatives (e.g., new ventures, new market assessments), Business Development (e.g., new brand partnerships), Special Projects (e.g., implementation of CRM strategy, rollout of new platforms or services)

  • Enterprisingly assist in the preparation, management, and follow up of strategic and operational business reviews to ensure the achievement of target results across brands and functions

  • Contribute to the setup, improvement, and optimization of business processes in line with The Level Group’s mission and strategic plan

  • Conduct market research, evaluate trends, and review industry reports in order to identify key insights on the industry to be shared across brands and functions

  • Proactively identify ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the strategies outlined by Top Management

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation or Business Development teams in big corporations or in management consulting firm

  • Previous experience in fashion / design / e-commerce industries is required

  • Strong quantitative skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skills; proven leadership, analytical and conceptual thinking

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, workstreams and projects, prioritizing multiple deliverables to meet deadlines in a goal-oriented way

  • Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; strategic minded and with strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions

  • Academic background in Economics / Management / Engineering, with international experiences (internship, study abroad,..)

  • Italian and English proficient knowledge, a third language would be a plus
