We're looking for a Buyer and Merchandiser to join our team and support the end-to-end buying and merchandising process for our brand partners. This role plays a key part in driving commercial performance by managing product assortments, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strong business outcomes.


What you'll do:

  • Define seasonal product assortments in collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders, aligning with commercial and brand objectives.

  • Build seasonal OTB plans and monitor in-season performance to maximize sell-through and profitability.

  • Conduct in-depth sales analysis and recommend actions such as reorders, markdowns, or stock transfers.

  • Track product lifecycle and implement carryover strategies for high-performing items.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Digital Production teams to ensure timely product activation and seamless stock flow.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and assortment decisions.

  • Partner with the Marketing and Content teams to ensure product visibility and alignment with key launches.

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support internal planning and strategic decision-making.


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Buying and/or Merchandising roles, ideally within the fashion and luxury industry.

  • Strong commercial mindset and proven analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of product performance metrics and profitability levers.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large data sets.

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible mindset.
