We’re looking for a Buyer to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping product selection and driving commercial performance, combining creativity with strong analytical skills to ensure the right assortment across markets and stores.
What you’ll do:
Recommend initial product selection and assortment assumptions for RTW and Accessories, four times a year.
Conduct sizing analyses and manage monthly orders/reorders by market and store.
Oversee monthly retail allocation and weekly replenishment by market and store.
Set up, monitor and maintain Target Stock Levels (TSL) by category, SKU and size.
Define product offer priorities between stores and omnichannel. Monitor weekly results and adjust to maximize stock efficiency.
Manage carry over and never-out-of-stock availability.
What we’re looking for:
3–5 years’ experience in Buying roles, ideally within the retail fashion and luxury industry.
Strong commercial mindset with proven analytical skills.
Solid understanding of product performance metrics and profitability levers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large datasets.
Fluency in Italian and English.
A proactive, detail-oriented and flexible mindset.
