We’re looking for a Buyer to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping product selection and driving commercial performance, combining creativity with strong analytical skills to ensure the right assortment across markets and stores.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Recommend initial product selection and assortment assumptions for RTW and Accessories, four times a year.

  • Conduct sizing analyses and manage monthly orders/reorders by market and store.

  • Oversee monthly retail allocation and weekly replenishment by market and store.

  • Set up, monitor and maintain Target Stock Levels (TSL) by category, SKU and size.

  • Define product offer priorities between stores and omnichannel. Monitor weekly results and adjust to maximize stock efficiency.

  • Manage carry over and never-out-of-stock availability.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Buying roles, ideally within the retail fashion and luxury industry.

  • Strong commercial mindset with proven analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of product performance metrics and profitability levers.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large datasets.

  • Fluency in Italian and English.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented and flexible mindset.
