Ambassadors task is ensuring customer retention and brand loyalty by delivering, through warm welcome and face to face interactions, good  vibrations and by creating the right conditions to make clients live a unique experience within the store, taking them on a trip to our world and history. 

The PositionReporting to the Retail Director, the Client Advisor will work in Capri’s store and will be point of connection between Milan and the resort store . He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthy work environment.


A training will be done in Milano during the first weeks.

Timing: April to October or/and June to August

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.

  • Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Engage with clients, manage the relationship with an international customer base and share La DoubleJ’s history, products and values.

  • Deliver excellence in retail experience and promote a Consumer Centric Culture.

  • Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner ,providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and to resolve customer issues  

  • Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty

  • Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy work environment

  • Maintain the work place tidy and organized

  • Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc .

  • Be a point of connection between store and HQ.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English mandatory (additional language skills a plus)

  • Client centric mentality and strong clienteling skills

  • Good Verbal Communication skills

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Proactivity

  • Strong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration
