We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with a strong analytical mindset to join our team as CRM Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our customer engagement and retention strategies.
The CRM Specialist is responsible for implementing and optimizing our CRM strategy, ensuring that customer data is accurately captured, and leveraging this information to enhance customer journeys and drive business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, analyze customer behaviors, and build meaningful connections with our clients through targeted communications.
The ideal candidate for this role has 1-2 years of experience in CRM and a strong passion for fashion and e-commerce.
What you'll do:
Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns aimed at improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including audience segmentation, testing, and analysis.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for growth. Track CRM performance metrics, report on campaign results, and provide insights to improve future strategies.
Customer Segmentation: Use CRM data to build and refine customer segments, ensuring the right messages are delivered to the right customers at the right time.
Email Marketing: Collaborate on the creation of email marketing content, monitor performance, and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Customer Journey Mapping: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map out customer journeys and implement touchpoints across various stages of the customer lifecycle.
System Administration: Maintain and optimize CRM tools and integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy within the system.
A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests on campaign components (such as subject lines, content, and CTAs) to continuously improve engagement rates.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align CRM efforts with overall business and marketing goals.
What we're looking for:
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering or similar;
Previous experience with one of the main ESPs (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MAPP, Emarsys, Adobe Campaigns, ...) is a plus;
Passion for digital analytics and customer experience analysis, with knowledge and usage of Google Analytics;
Knowledge of HTML is a strong plus;
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
Willingness to engage effectively across the business and with third parties;
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment;
Fluency in English required; knowledge of second language (especially Italian) is a plus.
