The CRO Manager is responsible for driving business growth and for optimizing the conversion rate through the analysis and interpretation of digital data. This role involves generating insights from digital metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to enhance digital performance and support business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, can effectively communicate complex data insights to various stakeholders and has a proven track record of driving conversion improvements.


What you'll do:


Data Analysis and Strategic Insights:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various digital platforms to generate actionable business insights.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business, planning, merchandising and marketing

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of digital initiatives.

  • Present findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Tool and Technology Management:

  • Manage digital analytics tools and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Design and implement data solutions for reporting and analysis, working with key stakeholders to build our new reporting infrastructure in SQL and Power BI.

  • Database management.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital analytics technologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of digital analytics tools and the interpretation of data.

Conversion Rate Optimization Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy to increase conversion rate – including but not limited to Site Optimization and Newsletter Optimization

  • Identify key conversion metrics and set performance targets aligned with business goals.

  • Continuously monitor and analyze conversion performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track conversion performance and share insights with stakeholders.


What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, math or engineering. Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (2/3+ year) in the same or similar role (digital analytics, business intelligence or a related field).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • A good understanding of querying in SQL, database structure and data modelling techniques.

  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations with BI reporting tools like Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience of developing using Python.

  • Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.

  • Functional and technical design of BI solutions including user interfaces, data architecture and processing.
