We are currently seeking professionals with a passion for digital and a strong attitude for problem solving and optimization to join our Customer Happiness Center team.
As a Customer Service & Back Office Advocate you will be part of an agile team which encourages collaboration, responsiveness and ownership to drive operational improvements an agile framework sided by top-notch tools.
What you’ll do:
Deliver multichannel customer support by addressing customer inquiries and taking full ownership of the corresponding back-office processes.
Liaise with brand partners, end customers, and suppliers, while coordinating effectively with internal teams across the company.
Assist in overseeing logistics and order fulfillment processes.
Share valuable insights with the team to enhance policies and procedures, aiming to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist the team for reporting and KPIs monitoring activities for continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same or in a similar role.
Passion for customer assistance and customer care activities.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Italian and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive) and Google Workspace.
Excellent time management and proactivity skills.
Ability to learn and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on achieving great results.
Comfort working in cross-functional teams and with remote collaboration tools.
Knowledge of Zendesk, Salesforce and Kibo is a plus.
