We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Content Specialist to join our HQ team in Milan for one of TLG’s owned brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creation, coordination, and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels, from eCommerce shootings to social media and editorial platforms. You will ensure that every piece of content reflects the brand’s identity while meeting commercial and digital communication goals.
What you'll do:
Coordinate and oversee eCommerce shooting activities (still life and on-model), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, quality standards, and time-to-market requirements.
Actively contribute to content production, supporting styling choices, creative direction, and coordination with models, photographers, and agencies;
Orchestrate the production and distribution of content across digital touchpoints (site, blog, social, newsletters), guaranteeing coherence in tone of voice, visuals, and messaging;
Support the creation and refinement of product descriptions and blog content, ensuring brand storytelling is consistent with commercial needs;
Partner with cross-functional teams (E-commerce, CRM, Marketing, Brand Partners, Agencies) to deliver integrated campaigns and content initiatives;
Manage social media account, creating and curating content that enhances engagement, storytelling, and brand awareness;
Monitor KPIs related to content engagement, social media performance, and shooting efficiency, translating results into actionable insights.
What we're looking for:
2–3 years of experience in content production, social media management, ideally within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands;
Strong understanding of styling principles, product presentation, and visual storytelling for digital channels;
Experience managing creative productions (shootings, agencies, external providers) with attention to detail and brand consistency;
Strong organizational skills with the agility to manage multiple projects from styling and shooting to content distribution;
Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills;
Passion for fashion, design, luxury, and digital culture;
Fluency in Italian and English
