We’re seeking a Digital Designer & Web Specialist


As Digital Designer & Web Specialist, you will oversee the brand’s digital communication ecosystem from both a creative and technical perspective, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and alignment with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support the digital communication approach of the brand from both a design and technical standpoint;

  • Collaborate with the eCommerce and Merchandising Team to execute digital campaigns and collection launches;

  • Design and manage website and e-commerce updates in alignment with the brand messaging calendar and marketing priorities;

  • Design and assist in the creation and implementation of editorial and content-driven webpages;

  • Create and execute newsletters from briefing to final design and implementation;

  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Team to develop strategic digital content supporting short- and long-term objectives;

  • Design graphic assets and templates for social media campaigns across static and motion formats;

  • Support the development of digital visual identities through careful attention to typography, color palettes, layout composition, and overall aesthetic consistency;

  • Coordinate with the internal IT and Development teams by preparing and sharing detailed briefs for new features, updates, and technical implementations;

  • Support QA and review processes for website updates and digital launches.


Technical & Creative Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);

  • Proficiency in Figma for UI design, wireframing, and collaborative workflows;

  • Strong sensitivity to typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and digital aesthetics.


Nice to Have

  • Good knowledge of HTML and CSS;

  • Good understanding of frontend and responsive design principles;

  • Good skills in motion design, video editing, and simple animations;

  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects;

  • Familiarity with CMS and e-commerce platform logics, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Contentful;

  • Familiarity with digital production workflows and asset optimization for web and email.

  • The full-time role is based in LaDoubleJ headquarters in Milan and requires a work permit for EU.
