We're looking for a Digital Merchandiser to join our team and support the end-to-end buying and merchandising process. This role plays a key part in driving commercial performance by managing product assortments, analyzing data, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strong business outcomes.


What you'll do:

  • Define seasonal product assortments in collaboration with brand partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand vision, commercial targets, and strategic goals;

  • Build seasonal OTB plans and budgets, and support in their ongoing monitoring to maximize sell-through;

  • Manage in-season trading activities, including reorders, cancellations, stock transfers, and markdowns, to optimize inventory and reduce risk;

  • Conduct in-depth sales and performance analysis, leveraging insights from past seasons to inform future buys and in-season actions;

  • Monitor product lifecycle and develop carryover strategies to extend the performance of bestselling items and maximize margin;

  • Own commercial negotiations with vendors to secure favorable payment terms, supplier conditions, and logistics costs;

  • Collaborate with Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, and Digital Production teams to ensure seamless flow of goods from delivery to online activation;

  • Partner with Marketing and Content teams to ensure product visibility and alignment with key campaigns and launches;

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to inform assortment strategy, pricing, and new opportunities;

  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support internal planning, decision-making, and seasonal strategy development.


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Buying and/or Merchandising roles, ideally within the fashion and luxury industry.

  • Strong commercial mindset and proven analytical skills.

  • Solid understanding of product performance metrics and profitability levers.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and confidence working with large data sets.

  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and flexible mindset.
