We are currently seeking a talented and extremely organized Digital Production Coordinator to join our growing, all-star team in Milan.
He/she will coordinate the Digital Production activities for both brands partner and some of the owned brands, managing the relationship with external suppliers/freelancer and internal stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Supervision of digital production activities ensuring a quality finished product in line with TLG standards and in accordance with expected production times and costs
Planning and organization of seasonal shootings (budget definition, calendars) for each brand partner and/or owned brand
Coordination of the seasonal digital production flow with the various teams involved (product/sample management, casting, photographic workstations, image delivery, etc.)
As responsible of quality and productivity, proactive definition of ways of automating and streamlining team processes/activities in order to improve team performance and monitor the achievement of KPIs
Active management of external suppliers/freelancer (existing and scouting) in terms of administrative tasks, costs, service quality
Manage and coordinate ongoing processes/activities and special projects
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2-3 years of previous work experience in the same or similar role
International experience, fluency in Italian and English is required.
Proven experience in a fast-paced, international environment in the luxury fashion and e-commerce industries
Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, strong ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
Strong attention to details, excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Strong project management skills and problem solving ability
Degree level education
