Ecommerce Project Manager Intern

We are looking for curious, tech-savvy students or recent graduates who want to kick-start their career in e-commerce and digital project management within our Tech team.

The team you’ll join

Our Tech team is at the core of TLG, driving innovation across global luxury fashion and design brands.

You’ll work on the platforms that power our e-commerce business, collaborating with engineers, architects, and business teams to continuously improve performance, user experience, and scalability.

We move fast, experiment, and learn along the way giving you real ownership and the chance to make an impact from day one.

What you’ll do

• Support the execution of e-commerce projects (website updates, new features, integrations)

• Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth project delivery

• Contribute to improving website performance, functionality, and user experience

• Help monitor and optimize internal tools and systems

• Learn how to identify and solve technical issues, supporting continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

• Students or recent graduates in Engineering, Economics, Digital, or similar fields

• Strong interest in e-commerce, technology, and digital projects

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.) is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn

• Team player with a positive and adaptable attitude

• Fluent in Italian and English
