La DoubleJ is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Manager with a strong luxury retail background and a natural talent for building meaningful relationships with VIC and high-spending clients.

This role is key in driving the daily performance of the boutique, leading the sales team, elevating client experience and supporting the growth of our most valuable client base. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with a client-centric mindset and a genuine passion for luxury fashion and lifestyle.


Role Mission

  • Lead and inspire the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality and performance.

  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience in line with La DoubleJ values and standards.

  • Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with VIC and top-spending clients.

  • Support and coach the team in clienteling activities and achievement of commercial objectives.

  • Monitor boutique performance and identify opportunities to drive business growth.

  • Organize private appointments, exclusive experiences and events dedicated to key clients.

  • Partner with Retail Management to implement commercial and customer engagement strategies.

  • Leverage CRM tools to monitor client activity and support loyalty-building initiatives.

Selling Skills

  • Act as a brand ambassador and embody the values of La DoubleJ.

  • Deliver an elevated and highly personalized client experience.

  • Develop strong client relationships and foster long-term loyalty.

  • Support the team in driving sales performance through exceptional service.

  • Ensure outstanding after-sales service and customer care.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Team Leader within luxury fashion or premium retail.

  • Strong experience managing and developing VIC and high-spending client relationships.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.

  • Passion for fashion, design and luxury lifestyle.
