We’re currently looking for a Freelance Visual Merchandiser to support our Visual Merchandising team in executing our brand’s creative vision across retail spaces in the U.S.

This freelance role is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Milan-based VM team, ensuring consistency, premium product presentation, and a strong brand identity in-store.

Candidates based in any locations can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of seasonal VM strategies in line with brand guidelines

• Implement visual concepts in-store according to HQ instructions and timelines

• Collaborate with the Milan VM department and merchandising team to maintain visual consistency

• Create detailed photo reports following store visits

• Offer support to store teams when needed, ensuring alignment with global VM direction

• Vm per trunk shows, pop up and seasonal stores activations and events

• Available to travel

Skills:

• Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with a luxury retail sensibility

• Proactive and flexible, with the ability to work in dynamic retail environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint (other design/reporting tools are a plus)

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion or luxury

• Sense of style
