We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive General Ledger Accountant to join our Finance team. You’ll support the General Ledger Coordinator in ensuring accurate and compliant general ledger accounting for our e-commerce operations. You’ll play an active role in monthly closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.


What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to the accurate recording of general ledger entries and ensure consistency across all accounting areas.

  • Prepare monthly reconciliations (intercompany, accruals, prepayments, etc.).

  • Record and monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules in accordance with accounting standards.

  • Oversee the valuation and periodic reconciliation of owned inventory, working closely with the Logistics and Controlling teams.

  • Post personnel-related costs, including payroll and related adjustments.

  • Manage monthly VAT settlements and the annual VAT declaration.

  • Assist in maintaining accounting schedules and supporting audit documentation.

  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Work closely with AP and AR teams to ensure data consistency across the finance system.

  • Contribute to process improvements and system optimization.

  • Support special projects and ad-hoc analyses requested by management.


What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting roles.

  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and general accounting principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, will be a plus.

  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-moving, international environment.

  • Experience with Microsoft Navision will be a plus.
