As the Group Controller, you will play a pivotal role within the organization, reporting directly to The Level Group’s Founders.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee the controlling function and contribute to the company success.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a Group Control Model to meet the company's business requirements.

  • Coordinate reporting and planning processes for Group companies.

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts by collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data.

  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure robust monitoring of budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

  • Provide a status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.

  • Act as the main reference point for Business unit managers.

  • Prepare special reports, according to the requirements of shareholders, managers, and other stakeholders, by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial information and trends.

  • Establish a system for continuously monitoring and tracking key business performance indicators, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.


What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic oversight within the finance function.

  • Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, combined with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights.

  • Exceptional analytical skills and a keen ability to solve complex problems, with a demonstrated capacity to interpret financial data and draw actionable conclusions.

  • Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments and with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to provide clarity and strategic guidance on complex financial matters, often under time constraints.

  • Adaptable and resilient, with a demonstrated ability to excel in challenging and rapidly changing business environments.
