HEAD OF PR & COMMUNICATIONS EMEA

We are looking for a HEAD OF PR & COMMUNICATIONS EMEA who, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, will play a pivotal role in the development of the PR/Comms strategy for these markets, including traditional and digital PR, influencer marketing, and VIP/celebrity outreach.
As an integral ambassador of La DoubleJ, he/she will bring a diversified skill set to the position, with a deep network of Press, Talents, PR Agencies, Influencers across these markets. A fierce multi-tasker able to incorporate online tools and in-person networking to create and maintain relationships to help drive the company’s growth will thrive in this role.
Within your territory scope, your main responsibilities will be:
Participate in conceptualizing and executing integrated PR and communication initiatives, coordinating a team of two as well as PR agencies in the main markets.
Responsible for the implementation of creative PR strategies, via digital and print long-lead, short- lead, weeklies, social media, and influencers that will provide measurable results in the full respect of the budget.
Responsible for proactively securing features, exclusive stories, and fashion editorials.
Create and implement talent strategy.
Maintain and foster strategic relationships with media and influencers to generate high exposure for the brand.
Bring a deep media and VIP databases and continue to build them.
Deliver reporting on impact and ROI on influencer and gifting placements and conduct on-going competitive analysis.
Effectively communicate plans-of-action and results, internally with peers and management.
Things that should be in your background:
Minimum 6 years’ experience gained within the Fashion/Luxury Market
Deep knowledge of the EMEA Press, Agencies, Influencers and Talents
Ability to use main softwares to monitor results and give insights
Results driven and well organized
Fluent in Italian and English, a third language is a nice to have
The role is based in LaDoubleJ headquarters in Milan and requires a work permit for EU.
