IT Manager

We are looking for a talented and hands-on IT Manager to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that TLG’s IT infrastructure and systems run seamlessly across our HQ and global retail network (50 stores in Europe and the US). You will oversee networks, hardware, software, and security, managing both daily operations and strategic initiatives that enhance reliability, efficiency, and cybersecurity.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and continuously improve TLG’s IT infrastructure (networks, servers, Wi-Fi, VPN, hardware, and software) across HQ and stores.

• Define and implement IT processes and standards to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.

• Oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of all employee workstations, devices, and tools.

• Supervise and coordinate the external vendor for Help Desk, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery to TLG people.

• Lead IT projects such as new store openings and retail IT setup (connectivity, POS, back-office systems), optimization of Microsoft licenses and related costs, cybersecurity initiatives and system monitoring improvements.

• Support employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding) in collaboration with HR, and work closely with Tech, Office, and other business functions to deliver effective IT solutions.

• Select, motivate, and supervise the IT team.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in IT.

• Proven experience in IT project management and infrastructure oversight.

• Technical background in networks, security, and system administration.

• Experience managing external vendors and IT service providers.

• Exposure to retail IT operations or distributed physical locations.

• Proactive with strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English.
