IT Project Management Intern
We are currently seeking a talented recent graduate to join our team in Milan as an IT Project Management Intern. In this role, you will support the management of IT projects on the platforms that power La DoubleJ, driving efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Working alongside the Ecommerce, Operations, Production, and Logistics teams, the ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be highly organized and technically inclined, and have the ability to manage and transform data products into automated reporting tools.
What You'll Do:
Assist in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to improve functionality, speed, and user experience, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements for new digital integrations on platforms and backend workflows.
Learn how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while proactively contributing to process optimization.
Perform data analysis to create dashboards and automate reporting using SQL and Power BI.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
Break down unclear or complex issues into manageable and actionable steps.
Utilize tools such as Power BI, the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), JIRA, Pentaho, and cloud platforms (Azure, Google, and Amazon) to complete assigned tasks.

The ability to simplify and summarize complex processes clearly for stakeholders.

Fluency in Italian and English.
Familiarity with SQL, database structures, and data analysis.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
