We are looking for a talented and proactive IT Specialist to join our fast-growing, high-performing team in Milan. This role goes beyond classic IT support: you will be responsible for driving IT projects, coordinating external vendors, and supporting end users across different business functions.
If you are passionate about technology, eager to take ownership, and ready to embrace new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
Lead IT projects in close collaboration with internal business users and external partners: gather and define requirements, coordinate execution, and ensure timely and successful delivery.
Ensure operational excellence by managing and maintaining IT systems: operating systems, applications, laptops/desktops, printers, networks, email systems, and hardware infrastructure.
Oversee first-line IT support provided by external vendors, ensuring timely resolution of requests and proper service levels. Act as an internal escalation point for critical or high-priority issues, especially those involving C-level stakeholders, and provide on-site assistance when needed.
Coordinate retail IT support and activation activities by managing external help desk providers and ensuring high-quality, consistent service for our retail network.
Oversee IT vendors, ensuring contractual SLAs are met and continuously improving service delivery.
Manage access control and security, including employee account management and device configuration.
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring efficient allocation and lifecycle management.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions tailored to business needs.
Contribute to IT policy development, documentation, and enforcement of best practices.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or similar roles, ideally with some experience in project management or coordination.
Strong technical knowledge of networks, system administration, security, hardware, and cloud tools.
Experience managing external vendors and IT service providers, including help desks and retail support.
Ability to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions.
A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and flexibility. You thrive in fast-evolving environments and enjoy working on things that may be completely new.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is appreciated but not required. Equivalent experience and a strong track record in similar roles will also be considered.
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
What we offer:
Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, exclusive employee discounts on our brands and partners, and access to local deals.
Be part of a young (30 on avg.) and international team (+30 nationalities) and contribute to shaping the future of an ambitious and innovative company.
