We are currently seeking professionals with a passion for digital and a strong attitude for problem solving and optimization to join our Customer Happiness Center.

As Back Office & Customer Service Adovcates you will be part of an agile team which encourages collaboration, responsiveness and ownership to drive operational improvements through the use of an Agile framework and tools such as Kanban board and Trello.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage back office and multichannel customer support activities (e.g. refunds, security check, claims including defective returns management, storecredit generation, etc.)
  • Be in contact with brand partners, final customers, B2B direct sales channels, suppliers, couriers
  • Support in the management of logistic flows of goods and order information
  • Provide up-to-date inputs on new policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes
  • Assist the team for reporting and KPIs monitoring activities for continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Italian and English, knowledge of Spanish and German is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same or in a similar role
  • Passion for customer assistance and customer caring activities
  • Team-player mentality
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Excel as well as Google Suite
  • English proficiency is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Knowledge of Zendesk and/or Kibo is a plus
  • Great time management and follow up skills
  • Ability to learn and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and focused on achieving great results
