Junior Brand Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Junior Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing Digital Marketing team in Milan.
You will support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives for our partner brands’ online stores, contributing to the achievement of traffic, lead generation, and revenue targets across channels and markets.
What you'll do:
Support the definition and execution of digital marketing strategies in line with seasonal and annual business objectives
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing activities across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social, CRM, Affiliate, Display), supporting campaigns from briefing to implementation
Collaborate in the creation of marketing calendars for partner brands’ online stores, ensuring timely execution of campaigns across markets
Help manage the marketing budget tracking and ensure proper documentation and reporting in coordination with internal teams
Support campaign performance monitoring by preparing reports and dashboards, tracking key KPIs such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.
Coordinate operational aspects with internal teams (Creative, E-commerce, CRM) and external partners (agencies, tech providers)
Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously support the improvement of marketing execution
What we're looking for:
Academic background in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related fields
A first experience (internship or entry-level role) in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-focused industries
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign performance metrics
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Analytics or Meta Ads Manager is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good communication skills and willingness to work in a cross-functional setting
Fluency in Italian and English
