Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a curious and tech-savvy Junior Business Analyst to join the LN-CC team in Milan.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data, automation, and business processes, who enjoys combining technical problem-solving with a strong business mindset. You will support the maintenance and evolution of BI models and reporting systems while also working closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation through AI-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, hands-on, eager to experiment with technologies, and excited to work in a fast-paced digital and fashion environment.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain, optimize, and evolve existing BI models and reporting systems to support business decision-making.

• Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and automated workflows using BI tools and data visualization platforms.

• Support data extraction, transformation, and analysis activities across multiple business functions.

• Work with large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational processes and identify automation opportunities.

• Support Business Process Engineering initiatives by analyzing workflows and proposing AI-based or automated solutions to improve team efficiency.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Contribute to the development of scalable tools and processes that improve reporting accuracy and operational effectiveness.

• Support ad hoc analyses and business performance monitoring activities.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related analytical field.

• Strong interest in both the technical and business side of data analysis.

• Knowledge of Python, Dagster or other data manipulation libraries.

• Experience or academic exposure to BI tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).

• Basic knowledge of Visual Basic and/or automation scripting is a strong plus.

• Interest in AI tools and process automation applications.

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to explore new technologies and solutions.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent Excel skills.

• Fluency in English and Italian.
