We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join our team and support the end-to-end buying process for our brand partners.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop strong analytical and commercial skills while gaining exposure to key processes that drive business performance in the fashion and luxury industry.
What you’ll do:
Support the definition of seasonal product assortments in collaboration with the Buying and Merchandising team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand direction and commercial goals.
Assist in building seasonal OTB plans and budgets, and contribute to their monitoring to drive sell-through and profitability.
Participate in in-season trading activities, such as reorders, stock transfers, and markdowns, to support inventory optimization.
Conduct sales and performance analysis under guidance, using insights to inform future buys and improve in-season actions.
Support the tracking of product lifecycle and contribute to carryover strategies for bestsellers.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support product delivery and flow.
Collaborate with Digital Production and Marketing teams to ensure proper product activation and visibility.
Contribute to market and competitor research to support assortment and pricing strategy.
Prepare reports and presentations to support the Buying team in planning and performance reviews.
What we’re looking for:
1–2 years of experience in Buying, Merchandising, or a related role, preferably in fashion, luxury, or retail.
Good analytical mindset and interest in data-driven decision-making.
Understanding of basic retail KPIs and product lifecycle concepts.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Solid Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
A curious, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
