Junior CRM Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and digital-minded Junior CRM Specialist to join the Scarosso team in Milan - one of The Level Group’s owned brands. As Junior CRM Specialist, you will support the definition and execution of CRM and retention strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value across multiple digital touchpoints.

What you'll do:

• Support the implementation of the email marketing strategy in line with the commercial calendar, managing the process from content briefing to send-out.

• Help build and maintain the CRM and automation program, ensuring database accuracy and effective audience segmentation.

• Track key KPIs and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

• Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to develop engaging and brand-consistent newsletter content.

• Propose ideas to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, improving repurchase and retention rates.

• Contribute to customer database growth initiatives and data quality enhancement.

What we're looking for:

• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.

• Academic background in Marketing, Economics, or similar degrees.

• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and email platforms.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

• Proactive, curious, and passionate about data-driven marketing.

• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of HTML is considered a plus.
