We are seeking a Junior Digital Analyst to join our growing Tech team. You will support the development and maintenance of our digital tracking and analytics infrastructure, helping ensure high-quality data across ecommerce and marketing channels for a portfolio of 30+ luxury, fashion, and design brands.

This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional who wants to grow at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, working closely with Tech team and Marketing team in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.


What you’ll do

  • Support the Tech and Marketing team with data, analytics, and tracking needs.

  • Implement and maintain Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 tracking setups together with the developers.

  • Contribute to SQL-based data models, with a focus on marketing, ecommerce, and CRM data.

  • Collaborate with developers and Tech colleagues to support digital and SEO technical initiatives.

  • Translate business and marketing requests into structured analytics and tracking tasks.

  • Maintain documentation of tracking configurations, data flows, and analytics processes.


What we’re looking for

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience or strong academic/personal exposure to digital analytics or Martech.

  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.

  • Foundational SQL skills for querying and working with marketing data.

  • Interest in digital marketing, ecommerce, and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English. Italian is a plus.


Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or other web technologies.

  • Exposure to Python or other programming languages.

  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts (e.g. paid media, attribution).

  • Personal or academic projects related to analytics, tracking, or digital marketing.
