Are you a dynamic and motivated graduate eager to start your career in HR? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Junior HR Administration Specialist. 


You will play a key role in supporting the TLG HR Admin team with daily administrative tasks, gaining comprehensive and hands-on experience on HR-related matters.


What you'll do:

  • Assist in preparing and managing employment contracts.

  • Keep internal databases updated and well-organized.

  • Input and verify employee data, including documentation, new hires, terminations, holidays, sick leaves, and more.

  • Support health and safety activities, working closely with internal and external teams.

  • Oversee and manage monthly lunch vouchers, ensuring accurate distribution to employees.

  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR topics, providing guidance and support.

  • Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes.

  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and reports — no day is the same.


What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields with HR major preferred; an internship in HR, Administration or Retail would be considered as a big plus.

  • Passion for the fashion/retail industry.

  • Fluency in both Italian and English, as you’ll use both every day.

  • Strong communication skills; collaborative and team player attitude with the willingness to be a go-to person for our colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
