Are you a dynamic and motivated graduate eager to start your career in HR? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Junior HR Administration Specialist.
You will play a key role in supporting the TLG HR Admin team with daily administrative tasks, gaining comprehensive and hands-on experience on HR-related matters.
What you'll do:
Assist in preparing and managing employment contracts.
Keep internal databases updated and well-organized.
Input and verify employee data, including documentation, new hires, terminations, holidays, sick leaves, and more.
Support health and safety activities, working closely with internal and external teams.
Oversee and manage monthly lunch vouchers, ensuring accurate distribution to employees.
Respond to employee inquiries on HR topics, providing guidance and support.
Contribute fresh ideas to improve HR processes.
Participate in ad hoc tasks and reports — no day is the same.
What we're looking for:
Degree in Economics, Management, or related fields with HR major preferred; an internship in HR, Administration or Retail would be considered as a big plus.
Passion for the fashion/retail industry.
Fluency in both Italian and English, as you’ll use both every day.
Strong communication skills; collaborative and team player attitude with the willingness to be a go-to person for our colleagues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
