We are looking for a Junior Logistics Business Analyst to join our dynamic Operations team in Milan. This role is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, analytical thinker to support the efficiency and performance of our logistics ecosystem. As part of the team, you will contribute to the optimization of operations for our portfolio of luxury, fashion, and design brands through data insights and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do:
Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and data analyses to guide operational decision-making.
Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor service levels and performance.
Identify and propose opportunities to improve logistics efficiency through data analysis and reporting.
Monitor logistics providers and assess service quality to ensure high standards and compliance.
Deliver actionable insights to enhance profitability and performance in logistics operations.
Prepare detailed ad-hoc reports and presentations for top management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and brand partners to streamline processes.
Execute operational tasks such as systems configuration, billing, and invoicing activities.
What we’re looking for:
University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields with strong analytical foundations.
1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Planning, or similar roles - retail or e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
Proven ability to translate data into clear, strategic insights and communicate them effectively across functions.
Excellent command of Excel; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
