Junior Logistics Specialist

The Level Group is looking for a proactive, organized, and curious individual to join our team as a Junior Logistics Specialist. We are seeking someone eager to learn on the job, able to move confidently between operational tasks and process support, and ready to tackle the daily challenges of a dynamic and fast-growing logistics environment with energy and enthusiasm.

In this role, you will support logistics activities related to both B2C channels (eCommerce and marketplaces) and B2B channels (retail and wholesale), working closely with external logistics partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What you’ll do

• Support the management of national and international transportation and shipping flows

• Work daily with external warehouses (3PL) to ensure proper execution of operational activities

• Monitor B2C and B2B order progress through to final delivery

• Manage operational activities related to couriers, shipments, returns, and customs flows

• Collect data and KPIs to support logistics performance monitoring

What we’re looking for

• Initial structured experience in logistics, supply chain, or related roles

• Hands-on mindset, curiosity, fast learning ability, and willingness to take initiative

• Proficiency in Excel and digital tools

• Interest in eCommerce, omnichannel, and logistics within the fashion and luxury sector

• Italian speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken)

Working Context

• Primary workplace at logistics facilities in the southern Milan area (Piacenza / Pavia axis)

• Regular on-site operational presence in the warehouse, ongoing collaboration with logistics partners, and periodic presence at the office

• Practical environment focused on learning by doing
