We are currently looking for a strongly motivated individual to join our all-star, growing team in Milan.


Are you passionate about digital and e-commerce? Be part of our Online Store Management team and play a key role in supporting the development and execution of seasonal operating plans designed to drive global sales for our brands' online stores.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the day-to-day store activities, with increasing ownership and visibility across the business. What you'll do:

  • Ensure that the online store and the overall look and feel of the site reflect the brand’s vision and positioning;

  • Manage and execute key store activities end-to-end for one brand;

  • Coordinate and manage digital catalog creation, product shooting plans, and brand guidelines implementation;

  • Own and optimize search and sorting activities to improve product discoverability and customer experience;

  • Support the implementation of the commercial and editorial calendar, including promotions, newsletters, and onsite activations;

  • Coordinate product description and translation activities with internal and external copywriters, ensuring quality and consistency across all brands using our internal AI tool;

  • Support and coordinate the go-live of onsite activities linked to launches, campaigns, and seasonal updates;

  • Manage the flow of goods and price lists according to the delivery and retail plan;

  • Perform quality assurance checks across the website to ensure a seamless customer journey and high content standards;

  • Analyze, share, and react to relevant key performance indicators on a daily basis to drive continuous improvement;

  • Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Logistics, Tech Team, external providers, and brand partners to ensure smooth execution of all activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Academic background in Economics, Management, or similar fields;

  • Previous experience or internships in the e-commerce industry;

  • Passion for fashion, luxury, design, tech, and digital;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with data analysis and AI-powered tools;

  • Fluency in Italian and English;

  • A proactive and self-starter mindset, with the willingness to take ownership and explore new ideas;

  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with a multitasking and problem-solving approach;

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong results-oriented attitude;

  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills;

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
