Junior Product Development Specialist - Product Data

Do you want to be part of our joyful Production Team? This is your chance. Our Milan-based Lifestyle Brand is on a healthy growth trajectory and is seeking for a Junior Product Development Specialist – Product Data.

Key Activities

• Creation and maintenance of product master data and SKUs.

• Creation and management of Bills of Materials (BOMs), including fabrics, materials, trims, accessories and other product components.

• Update product data and information according to changes occurring throughout the product development process.

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and consistency of product information entered into company systems.

• Collect and organize product information from Product Development, Production and external suppliers.

• Support the management of documentation and operational activities related to product development.

• Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to collect missing information and ensure product data is complete and updated on time.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of Excel and confidence in working with digital tools and systems.

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and follow up effectively.

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good knowledge of English.

• Previous experience in Product Development, Product Data, PLM/PIM systems or within the fashion industry is preferred but not mandatory.
