In just a few years, The Level Group has become a leading global e-commerce partner and today we’re looking for a talented Junior Project Manager who can contribute to the planning and implementation of TLG e-commerce activities and applications.
You will join the group that builds the technological infrastructure of some of the most important Fashion Luxury Brands in the world, working closely with our talented and international Development Team, using an Agile methodology. You will personally manage your projects from start to finish to bring our e-commerce to the "Next Level"!
What you’ll do:
Organize the work of the Development Team, providing estimates and managing customer requirements
Facilitate technical meetings with the Development Team
Efficiently communicate with other business units on the progress of milestones
Plan the allocation of resources in accordance with the capacity
Plan software releases according to deadlines and budget
Support in monitoring projects' KPIs
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Ability to organize and plan the daily activities of a development team
Knowledge of project management software and tools (Atlassian Suite, MS 365 Suite)
High proactivity and ability to take initiatives
Ability to measure and monitor team capacity and velocity over time
Solid communication, facilitation and mediation skills
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
Passion for technology
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of a ticketing tool (Jira, Trello, Asana or similar)
Knowledge of the typical structure of an e-commerce and, in general, of a website
