Junior Retail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic recent graduate to join our Retail Team to support the efficiency and compliance of our global store network across EU and US.

In this role, you will play a key role in supportinng operational processes and store-related procedures; you'll also support cross-functional initiatives to improve retail performance, and work closely with Store Managers and internal departments to guarantee smooth daily operations.

What you’ll do: 

• Assist in the design, implementation and optimization of operational procedures and tools to improve store efficiency

• Support all operational operational aspects of store openings, relocations, and refurbishments

• Oversee stock movements, including physical inventories and end-of-season returns, and provide accurate reporting and analysis to ensure inventory accuracy at each store

• Monitor the implementation of corporate guidelines and ensure compliance

• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all stores have the necessary supplies to function properly

• Develop and update sales operations training programs, including procedures, POS systems, and back-office management

• Act as the key contact for operational issues, providing hands-on support and solutions
  

What we’re looking for: 

• Academic background in Economics/Management or similar degrees

• 0-2 years of previous experience in retail, operations, or similar environments will be considered a big plus

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken

• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment

• Analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving approach

• Teamwork mindset

• Willingness to travel occasionally
