Back Office Intern - LN-CC

LN-CC is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our operational team in Milan as Back Office Intern.

We are in search of an exceptionally organized individual with a strong analytical background. The role requires proficient execution of administrative and operational tasks to assist the Back Office and Merchandising teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate keen attention to detail, possess analytical skills, and be capable of prioritizing responsibilities effectively, to consistently deliver accurate results.

What you’ll do: 

• Support the team in managing logistics inputs with a daily interaction among brands, warehouses and merchandising team (orders, deliveries, shooting sample, stock movements, etc.)

• Check the consistency of logistic inbounds with the brands invoices in cooperation with the Merchandising and Administration teams

• Generate back office reports and data analysis

• Act as a single point of contact for query resolution and follow up for Buying, Accounts, Customer Care, and Studio

What we’re looking for: 

• Strong Excel skills and willingness to develop further

• Fluency in both Italian and English

• Understanding of logistic processes and principles

• Ability to think outside the box and bring ideas to the table, keen to progress and develop within a growing team

• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to plan, and prioritize working with stringent deadlines

• Strong analytical skills as well as high level of numerical and commercial reasoning
