We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team in Milan, available to move to our logistic site in Stradella (PV) a few times a week. In this role, you will manage international import and export operations, with a specific focus on B2B flows, customs compliance, and CITES documentation.


You will work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate, timely, and compliant across international markets.


What you'll do:

  • End-to-end knowledge of import/export customs processes and related documentation.

  • Experience coordinating freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics providers.

  • Knowledge of customs classification, origin, value, duties, preferential treatments and country-specific requirements.

  • Experience managing customs anomalies, authorisations, restrictions and proof of export.

  • Familiarity with special trade compliance topics, including CITES, exotic skins and regulated products.

  • Ability to verify product compliance requirements before shipment, in coordination with internal teams.

  • Understanding of trade governance, mandates, signing powers and delegation processes.

  • Experience managing customs and trade master data, including HS codes, origin, product descriptions, materials and customs value.

  • Ability to manage non-standard flows such as returns, re-imports, re-exports, samples and temporary shipments.

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, proactive approach.


What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in import/export, international logistics, customs operations, or a similar role.

  • Previous experience in fashion, luxury, retail, or e-commerce is strongly preferred.

  • Solid knowledge of international shipping documentation, customs procedures, Incoterms, and B2B logistics flows.

  • Hands-on experience in managing CITES documentation and related export/import requirements.

  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ownership mindset.

  • Good analytical skills and confidence working with Excel and operational reporting.

  • Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken.
