Logistics Specialist

Location: Milan (hybrid), with occasional travel to local warehouses (1-2 times per week)

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and motivated Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic Logistics team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing logistics flows and transportation operations across our B2C channels (.com and marketplaces) and a growing B2B segment (retail and wholesale). With operations spanning four warehouses (two in Italy, one in the US, and one in Japan) managed by external 3PLs, you’ll support the team to ensure seamless coordination, monitor performance, and drive operational efficiency in collaboration with our logistics partners.

What you'll do:  

• Manage and optimize transportation flows, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners across multiple locations.

• Oversee B2C logistics, including order fulfillment and last-mile delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams to support the growing B2B logistics segment.

• Track, analyze, and improve logistics KPIs to maintain high operational standards.

 What we're looking for:

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

• Ability to work independently and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• A passion for eCommerce, logistics, and driving operational excellence.
