Logistics Specialist

La DoubleJ is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team, supporting the daily management of warehouse activities between our Distribution Center in Stradella (Pavia) and our Headquarter in Milan.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with experience in warehouse operations, logistics processes, and inventory management. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure operational excellence across inbound, outbound, and special projects.

What you'll do:

• Perform inbound checks on finished goods, identifying and resolving discrepancies, including barcode issues.

• Prepare loading and unloading lists to support quality control activities for customer returns.

• Coordinate the movement of raw materials for production launches.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative inspections of incoming goods.

• Carry out inbound checks for trunk shows, events, and special projects.

• Prepare shipping documentation for trunk shows, events, and other special shipments.

• Create and send manual picking lists to the warehouse based on requests from Headquarters.

• Monitor shipment status and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners.

• Manage the inbound and outbound flow of props and event materials.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.

• Experience with inbound and outbound warehouse processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and warehouse/logistics management systems are a plus).

• Italian language fluency and English language proficiency.
