Logistics & Warehouse Operator

Our Milan-based lifestyle brand is seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Operator to become a fundamental member of our team. The individual will report to the Logistics Manager.

What you'll do:

• Organizing all merchandise movements making the correspondent paperwork (proforma, delivery notes, Air waybill)

• Sending and returning goods from and to our Office/Pop up/ Events/Shooting

• Update stock and ensuring accuracy between all systems

• Checking the stock for the monthly inventory

• Physical inventory every three months

• Placing packaging orders and all the material necessary to arrange shipments

• Monitoring orders’ pick up and tracking shipments

• Protecting items and materials in our office warehouse

• Keeping our office’ warehouse tidy and organised

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in logistics

• Must be able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Be willing to adapt and collaborate

• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office/Stealth Go/PLM management systems)

• Have a positive attitude to work

• Detail oriented and highly organized

• Italian language fluency , English language proficiency
