We are looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Channels & Campaign Intern to join our team and grow across key performance marketing channels. This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed for someone eager to build a solid foundation in digital marketing.


During the internship, you will have the chance to gain exposure to three core areas—Affiliation, Paid Media, and Technical SEO—working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to real projects.

 

What you'll do


Affiliation

  • Support the Affiliate Marketing team in managing relationships with partners, influencers, and publishers

  • Monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns, tracking performance and key KPIs

  • Identify and research new affiliate and partnership opportunities

  • Coordinate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and campaigns

  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve results

  • Support partner communications and day-to-day operations

  • Contribute to market research and competitive analysis

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and payments

Paid Media

  • Support the management and execution of paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) across multiple accounts

  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality and accuracy

  • Analyze data to identify trends and optimization opportunities

  • Contribute to campaign setup, QA, and ongoing adjustments

  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance performance

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices

Technical SEO

  • Support end-to-end SEO activities, including analysis, technical optimization, content, and link building

  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and track organic traffic trends

  • Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement

  • Contribute to SEO reporting for internal and external stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Tech, Store Management) to implement SEO strategies

  • Stay up to date with SEO trends and best practices


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ongoing or recently completed) in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related fields

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and performance-driven channels

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads platforms, SEO tools)

  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
