  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of all collected data, and guarantee they’re correctly visualized across platforms (GA4, dashboards, BI tools) and ready for reporting needs.

  • Monitor tracking anomalies on GA4, escalate technical issues to the Tech team, and support their resolution.

  • Configure and maintain custom GA4 reports to analyze website performance and user interactions (e.g., scrolls, videos, wishlists, product rankings) and extract strategic insights.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Channels teams to set up advanced analysis frameworks and test alternative attribution models.

  • Research, propose, and contribute to the implementation of predictive models, including customer segmentation and behaviours, using machine learning and statistical algorithms.

  • Collaborate with Tech team to develop and manage customized dashboards, integrating GA4 events and performance metrics, to deliver deep insights into user journeys and conversion funnels.

  • Encourage data literacy through regular training sessions and process documentation/standardization.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing, e-commerce, or digital environment.

  • Educational background in Data Science, Economics, Data analysis, or related fields.

  • Strong command of GA4 and digital analytics tools; experience with BigQuery and Google Tag Manager is a plus.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau).

  • Solid understanding of marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and user behavior analytics.

  • Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with predictive modeling, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques is highly valued.

  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

What we offer

  • Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.
