We are looking for a talented and motivated Merchandise Manager to join the LN-CC team in Milan.
As part of the Merchandising function, you’ll work closely with Buying, Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics, acting as a key player in driving business performance through data-driven decision-making, assortment optimization, and margin improvement.

What you’ll do
Analyze sales trends and optimize stock through reorders, cancellations, and stock transfers
Collaborate with warehouse, back office, and digital production to ensure seamless product flow from delivery to online
Manage in-season trading, maximizing commercial opportunities while minimizing risk
Monitor performance and take corrective actions based on past season analysis
Support the Buying Team in building seasonal OTB budgets aligned with brand vision and strategic goals
Own commercial negotiations with vendors to secure best-in-class payment terms, supplier and logistics costs
Deliver accurate reporting to support business decisions and seasonal buying strategies
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis on pricing, trends, and opportunities
Develop and propose carryover strategies to maximize margin and leverage bestselling styles
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in merchandising, planning, or a similar role
Strong analytical and Excel skills; confident working with data and reporting tools
Proven ability to turn strategic goals into actionable plans
High product sensitivity and deep interest in fashion and trends
Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
Proactive, hands-on, and goal-oriented approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and stakeholders
Fluency in Italian and English
