We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced digital marketing professional with top-notch analytical and communication skills to join our team in Milan as an Online Brand Marketing Manager.

Our Online BM Manager are responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the digital marketing strategies of our brand partners and therefore play a key role in accelerating the growth of their online businesses.

We are seeking someone with both strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills, who in addition to taking on strategic projects for one or more of our brands, can lead the implementation of digital marketing best practices at TLG and support the development of our Web Marketing team.


What you'll do:


  • Plan, develop, execute, and monitor our brand partners' online marketing strategies across countries and channels to increase qualified traffic, leads, and overall revenues.

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocation by channel and by markets, with a full-funnel approach.

  • Be the point of reference for the brand partners, leading partner-facing communications and meetings.

  • Manage the relationship with the Online Store Management teams to align marketing activations to store initiatives and merchandizing priorities, ensuring brand’s KPIs (ROAS, Traffic, Leads, Reach) are met.

  • Manage the relationship with the Channels’ Teams (SEM, Affiliation, Paid Social, Display, SEO) to ensure campaigns’ optimizations are carried at all levels (cost efficiency, traffic quality, geographical focus, etc), with the final goal of cost efficiency and measurable business impact.

  • Develop and draw insights from reports with campaign metrics, insights, and observations for brand partners, top management, and other internal stakeholders.

  • Become a "thought leader" for digital marketing within TLG, developing internal know-how and introducing best practices and techniques to ensure a best-in-class approach


Who are you:

  • Proven experience in client-facing digital marketing roles, preferably within the fashion/luxury or lifestyle industries

  • Proven track record of successfully managing advanced digital marketing campaigns, leveraging best-in-class marketing acquisition and ROI optimization platforms (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus)

  • Solid experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools

  • Solid experience working with PPC, affiliate, paid social and retargeting platforms

  • Strong analytical approach and results-driven mindset

  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to multitask, with solid organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong influencing skills and experience working with internal/external stakeholders of all levels of seniority

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively through a variety of methods both internally/externally and upward to senior management

  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and dynamic working environment

  • Experience managing a team is a plus

  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of second language (especially Italian) is a plus
