TLG Partnerships team is looking for a motivated and brilliant professional to join the team as Online Store Manager to collaborate with renowned brand partners to elevate their online presence and global sales.

As Online Store Manager, yu'll be responsible for supporting the management and operation of an organization's e-commerce platform. You will conduct the day-to-day tasks required to maintain and optimize the online store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, has a knack for client relations and a passion for fashion, design, and digital.

What you'll do:

  • Managing client-facing interactions, relationship building, and ensuring our brand partners' visions are realized in the online space.

  • Overseeing catalogue & content maintenance to ensure accuracy and optimal presentation on the online store.

  • Collaborating to enhance SEO optimization and user experience, driving increased traffic and conversions.

  • Managing pricing strategies across markets, in alignment with brand guidelines and partner agreements.

  • Strategizing marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to target markets, driving customer engagement and sales.

  • Coordinating the creation and quality control of visual content to maintain brand consistency and appeal.

  • Executing DEM & CRM activities to engage customers and support sales objectives, aligned with the brand's commercial plan.

  • Contributing in tools and processes continuous improvement to streamline e-commerce operations.

  • Analyzing KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, facilitating informed decision-making.

What we're looking for:

  • Educational background in Economics, Management, Marketing, or similar field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a passion for fashion, design, luxury, and digital.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various departments and with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluency in both Italian and English is essential.
