We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Online Store Specialist to join our all-star, growing team in Milan!
Our Online Store Management team plays a key role in driving the development and execution of seasonal operating plans designed to capture global sales for our brand partners’ online stores.
What you'll do:
Ensure that the online store and its overall look and feel are consistently aligned with the brand's identity and strategic goals
Independently coordinate and supervise digital catalog creation, shooting plans, and visual guidelines, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Manage and optimize the flow of goods and pricing strategies in line with the brand partner’s retail and delivery plans
Lead searchandising activities and oversee the implementation of commercial and editorial calendars, including promotions and newsletters
Supervise the end-to-end process of product descriptions and translations, collaborating with internal and external copywriting teams
Coordinate onsite activities and go-live processes for seasonal launches, new collections, and special projects
Monitor, analyze and interpret site performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and brand partners
Act as a key point of contact across cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Logistics, Tech) and external service providers, ensuring operational excellence and seamless communication
Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose initiatives to optimize processes and enhance online store performance
What we're looking for:
Academic background in Economics, Management, Marketing, or similar fields
Proven experience (2–3+ years) in e-commerce, ideally within fashion, design, or luxury sectors
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured and proactive approach to problem solving
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and solid knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
Fluency in both Italian and English
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders at various levels of seniority
A collaborative attitude paired with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
