We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Brand Partnerships team in Milan.


Are you passionate about digital and e-commerce? As an Online Store Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the growth and excellence of our brand partners’ online stores, supervising day-to-day operations while also contributing to the long-term strategic roadmap.


What you'll do:

  • Oversee the overall online store operations, ensuring the site’s look, feel, and functionality consistently reflect the brand’s vision;

  • Supervise and coordinate all key activities of the online store lifecycle (catalog, pricing, merchandising, launches), guaranteeing operational excellence;

  • Act as a point of reference for cross-functional alignment (Customer Service, Logistics, Tech, Marketing), managing workflows with internal teams, brand partners, and external providers;

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize commercial, editorial, and operational initiatives;

  • Contribute to the definition and execution of the brand partner’s seasonal operating plans, supporting the achievement of sales targets and long-term growth;

  • Provide input and collaborate with the Tech team on the online store’s evolutionary roadmap, identifying priorities and improvements to enhance the customer journey and business performance.


What we're looking for:

  • 3–4 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail, ideally within fashion, luxury, or design;

  • Academic background in Economics, Management, or related fields;

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, problem-solving mindset;

  • Proactivity and collaborative approach, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

  • Passion about fashion, design, luxury, and digital innovation;

  • Strong organizational skills, with the agility to balance project ownership and hands-on execution;

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
