Online Store Specialist & Operations Intern

We are currently looking for a strongly motivated graduate to join our all-star, international and growing Online Store Management team based in Milan. You will join the Online Store team and support activities related to product data management, content creation and publication, and the operational setup of AI tools supporting the e-commerce business.

What you'll do:

• Support in the management and organization of product master data, including the collection and validation of information required for online publication

• Operational support in the publication of products on online stores

• Support in the operational management of product photoshoots (organization of materials, workflows, and assets)

• Acting as a point of contact between TLG and translation agencies

• Support in the setup and operational management of an AI tool developed by TLG for product description creation and translations

• Content writing: creation and proofreading of product and editorial content using AI tools, in line with the brand tone of voice and SEO best practices

• Content localization: support in the translation and localization of product information and editorial content, ensuring linguistic accuracy and SEO consistency across markets

What we're looking for: 

• Native Italian speaker

• Academic background in Humanities / Marketing or similar degrees

• Passionate about fashion and digital

• Familiarity with (or strong interest in) the use of AI tools for content creation

• Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic working environment, with a multi-tasking and problem-solving approach

• Exceptional attention to detail, motivated, enthusiastic, and focused on achieving great results

• Ability to work independently while also being a team player

• Excellent time management and follow up skills

• Pro-active and can-do attitude

• Willingness to engage with and ability to communicate effectively across the business
