Operations & Product Data Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our Scarosso team in Milan and support the implementation and daily management of our internal planning systems.

This internship will be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational workflows, product data structure, supplier coordination, and planning tools within one of The Level Group's owned brand. Also, a successful internship may lead to long-term collaboration and growth within the team.

What you’ll do

Product Data & System Management

• Support the implementation and maintenance of our MRP system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper setup and usage

• Create, maintain and update product master data and product sheets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standards

• Enter and manage purchase orders, monitoring status and ensuring correct documentation

• Perform ongoing system maintenance activities, including updates, data corrections, and new item setup

Operations Support

• Follow up daily with production teams and suppliers to monitor order progress and ensure on-time delivery

• Support the purchase workflow (tracking, filing, and managing documentation), and assist with inbound logistics

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow

What we’re looking for

• Academic background in Economics, Business, or Data-related fields is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Previous experience or familiarity with ERP/planning systems is a plus

• Fluent in Italian and English

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and team spirit

• Interest in the luxury and fashion industry
