People and Culture Intern

Your role:

• Gain hands-on experience in managing HR processes and systems, gaining invaluable real-world insights.

• Embody our company ethos and culture, demonstrating what it truly means to be part of the TLG family.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of corporate communications through various internal platforms such as email and newsletters.

• Bring your fresh perspective to our talent development initiatives and take them to new heights.

• Contribute to the design of graphics and visual elements to enhance the effectiveness and visual appeal of communications.

• Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships across all levels of the organisation.

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work.

• Advanced Italian and English skills, both written and verbal.

• A fun-loving attitude that brings positive energy to the team!
