We are looking for a Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Business Analysis & Merchandising team in Milan. This role is a strategic point of reference for cross-functional stakeholders—Store Management, Marketing, Operations, and Logistics—with the mission to guide data-driven decision making and fuel business performance through advanced planning, analysis, and forecasting.
As a key player in the team, you will lead performance reviews, build agile planning frameworks, and partner with business functions to transform insights into concrete actions. You will be responsible for both the evolution of reporting tools and the strategic interpretation of data that supports growth, inventory efficiency, and market reactivity.
What you'll do:
Lead the performance review process (weekly, monthly, quarterly), identifying risks and opportunities, and supporting the development of corrective action plans.
Own open-to-buy planning and forecasting activities by market, channel, and store, collaborating with Buying and Replenishment teams.
Monitor and optimize sell-through performance to improve inventory turnover and profitability.
Design and evolve standardized, automated reporting tools to boost internal capabilities and enhance decision making.
Support and challenge Store Management and Brand Partnership teams by providing regular business performance reviews and strategic insights.
Contribute to the definition of business KPIs and act as a reference point for performance analytics across the organization.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience in Business/Commercial Planning, Business Analysis, or related roles, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
Educational background in Engineering, Economics, or Business, with a strong analytical foundation.
Proven ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations and communicate them effectively across departments.
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
Full professional proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is a bonus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong leadership mindset, with the ability to influence without authority and bring clarity in complexity.
What we offer:
Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offers.
Learning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projects.
Be part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
